We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return
Log in to your account and confirm your email.
Select the order and items you want to return.
Select a return reason and submit the request.
If the return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.

Damage or problems
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as personal products, perishable goods, and beauty products. Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the EU, you can return it within 14 days without explanation, as long as the item is unused, with tags and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if it has been approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
